The price of the cruise and the quality of the food have nothing to do with each other. The most expensive cruise that I was ever on, had cuisine that was okay, but nothing special. The best cuisine I ever had on a cruise, was on what was referred to as a budget cruise. I'm not naming ships or cruiselines because I don't think that would be fair to them, since it's just my opinion. It's all about the chef and his staff's abilities in the kitchen; not about how much the cruise cost you. You could try to justify the cost of an expensive cruise by thinking the cuisine is better, but that doesn't make it so, not in reality anyway.
