I know of no one who has been truly satisfied by Steiners. They are master rip-off artists, expecially when it comes to the hard sell. And if you tell them up front that you already have all their products from a cruise last week, your massage/facial will be mostly a quickie to get you out of their hair. Complaints/arguments fall on deaf ears - the cruise line gives their "it's a concessionaire - we have no power" speech and Steiners will just ignore you. Luckily some lines are seeing the dissatisfaction and dumping Steiners - most notably NCL recently. Keep complaining to the cruise lines and they'll eventually get the message and dump Steiners.
