We just got back yesterday from the Conquest. They must have fixed the problems
you mentioned. We had fabulous service. We mentioned to our cabin steward on
the first day...when she introduced herself...that we enjoyed ice in our room. We
were never without it. Our waiter was outstanding. He knew we wanted lemons in
our tea and it was on a plate on the table when we sat down. We had continuous
refilling of drinks, as well as bread. There would be no way possible that I could
say that the service was not top notch on the Conquest last week.
