Congratulations!! We cruised with my pregnant daughter 5 years ago and had to send a doctors note to the cruise line at time of booking. They look at pregnancy as being a "medical condition". I would check with your TA to be sure you won't be surprised at the pier. I would also check with the doctor to see which, if any, seasick medications your wife may be able to take.
