People should be tipped for providing good service. It is not our problem the cruise lines pay so little. If the pay is not enough, perhaps the person is in the wrong line of work. If they are good at their work and have a smile on their face, it will show in the manerisims of the worker so we a customers pick up on this resulting in us having a positive experience. When we feel good about food, service friendliness, overall expreience, etc, we as customers tend to tip much better. I find the happy staff and I simply stik to them for the entire trip. They take care of me and my them!.
