How about a cutting board hung on straps that go over the door.
A Supply of two or three pound turkey breasts and a carving knife in a sheath holder magnetized to the door.
On the floor at the side of the door you could have a grouping of pumpkins three or four high. The uppermost pumpkins will be hollowed out to hold lettuce, cranberry sauce and maybe even mayonnaise.
