We stayed in 10500 in August. The room was great. Only one large room with only one tv. The view and the balcony are great. The butler service is great if you have a good butler. We had a lady named Lanie and she was not the greatest. But if you have Denny - he's great. He was my sister's butler on the same cruise. The butler will serve your meals in your room if you'd like, bring you food/drink all day and most of the night. We used to order club sandwiches to be delivered at midnight so we had a snack when we got in from the casino.

The butler will deliver you chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne (terrible champagne). Also, don't bother w/the honeymoon package. You'll get all of that for nothing with the suite category.

When you arrive at the pier in NYC, look for the signs that say Penthouse suites, VIP. You won't have to wait in any lines. You'll be in your suite within 10 minutes of arriving at the pier. Also, you can disembark first. It was the best advantage of the suite.

Enjoy your trip.
