We have used CSA and Travel Guard. CSA paid our claim in a timely manner with no problems. You can go to insuremytrip.com and see all the many different companies and what they offer. Many people recommend NOT purchasing your insurance thru the cruise line and buy it 3rd party. Never leave home without it.
