Only thing I can tell you is, post this in the People section on this website, under the title "Crewmembers". With alittle luck , it may get back to him, or he may even read it. 
A few months ago, I was tring to get in touch with one of our bartenders,we had on the Conquest. So I posted in the crewmember section. A few weeks later, I got an e-mail from her.
