Not a dumb question at all!
2 dots means there are twin beds (can be pushed together) and 2 beds that fold up against the wall during the day and are lowered at night.
1 dot means there are twin beds (again) and one bed that folds up.
So you could put 4 people in the 2 dot cabins and 3 in the one dot cabins.
And you're right about the "no dot" cabins. Just twin beds that can be pushed together.
I'm not sure about the Fasination, but generally the only true bunk beds are in the very
lowest priced cabins. They are not usually even shown on the website!
