On our recent Carnival Spirit cruise in Jan. 2006 (embarking in San Diego, Calif.), our family bought many pictures from the photo gallery on board. We also purchased a family portrait on canvass for approximately $50. My brother-in-law also purchased a canvass portrait on this cruise and has not received it
We were told that the canvas portraits would be mailed to our homes in the San Diego area in approximately 2-4 weeks. It has now been 2 months since we returned from our cruise and still have not received our family portraits. The sales receipt for the portraits have no telephone number to inquire on the status of the portraits.
Does anyone have a telephone number and/or address that I can contact to inquire regarding the status of our family portrait taken on the Carnival Spirit cruise in January 2006?
