Good to hear from you from Hong Kong on St. Paddy's Day. Glad you lucked out on your flights. Now - just to reset your biological clocks! Shouldn't take long cuz shopping awaits. If Gaddi's is still open at the Peninsula Hotel, I'd recommend you try it - had bird's nest soup and it was delicious. Best to you both.
