The cruise price does NOT include the $10/day gratuity.

Good deal? As compared to what? What cabin category is it?

I find the cruise that I want and do some shopping for the lowest bottom line price.

I find that it is a crap shoot on "deals". On our next cruise, Princess dropped the price $1600/cabin. It was good for a few days and the the TA's did not know about it. I got my TA to call Princess and we got the lower rate.

Now, today, on this same cruise the prices are going up and not down.
