I am a chef and I specialise in cooking for people with special dietary needs, such as diabetic, dairy-free and Gluten-free diets. I have my own catering business, where I cater for small parteis up to 100 people and I also make celebration cakes and desserts. My question is; Would there be a big demand for special diets on board the cruises and would it be worth my while applying for a job? (this is something I've wanted to do for a long time now) Thanks
