I don't think that there is a definite set policy on any cruise line and it varies. Have done many Princess cruises and some have had them and some have not. Not a big deal to me personally.
Was on the Liberty in February, over my partners and my anniversary, they brought us a cake and sang Happy Anniversary to us, but there were no FOD parties on it.
