You can either indicate on your guest indication form which you can fill out on line or just let stewardess know when you board. I used to always put on form with hit and miss on whether they were in the room but now I just wait until I meet stewardess.

You can take the bottles with you. Our first RSSC cruise was 19 days Ft Lauderdale round trip (it was back to back so we got four bottles). Since we were driving home from Ft Lauderdale, a lot of people that didn't want their bottles just gave them to us; stocked our bar at home pretty good.
