Default Smoking on Cruise Ships

Keep in mind that people who are allergic to smoke are usually allergic to sprays which mask the cigar/cigarette smoke.

I recently used Tide with Febreze in it and had to rewash all the clothes because it caused severe breathing problems for me.

All sprays are nothing more than chemicals which are also bad for your lungs. Allergic people are the first to be affected by them; however, they are harmful for anyone's lungs. A Doctor once wrote that anything you can smell is getting into your lungs and bronchial tubes.

I would hope that smokers would not smoke in the cabins but do it elsewhere if for no other reason than it contaminates their own environment getting into their clothes, etc.

I see many smokers today smoking outside their own homes and cars which is a sensible idea.
