Default 2 Familes, 3 Cabins, Docs?

Hello All,

We are looking to cruise in June with my wife's sister's family. Between the two families, there will be 7 of us in 3 cabins: 2 Adults in cabin 1, 2 Adults in cabin 2 and 3 teenage boys in cabin 3 (sure glad I will not be cleaning that cabin). There will be 2 boys from one family and 1 boy from our family.

The question I have is regarding the documents for the "mixed" room. Most likely, both families will not be arriving at the port at the same time and I wondered if anyone else had experienced this? Is if possible to get separate documents for each family?

We have not yet booked the cruise, but was wondering.

Thanks in advance,
