I think you're on to something here Jack. I too have noticed the pictures in the casinos of the "big winners", but none Really Big. I've actually seen people hit for $1000 and even $1500, but don't recall ever seeing anyone hit bigger than that. I think in the last few years they've tightened down the machines anyway. In the past, they'd at least let you win enough to keep you going on the first few days of a cruise, then tighten them down at the end to get the money back. Now they don't let you stay even for the start of a cruise! It's not much fun anymore.
