I also purchased a policy from insuremytrip.com for a May cruise out of San Juan. The plan I purchased is a TravelSafe which has a 75% repay upon cancel (that is 75% of the unrefundable fare) for any reason. Its about 3/5ths of the Carnival plan with insurance, evacuation, ect..... Hope this helps, btw, I haven't ever had to use the plan so I can't tell you if a ton of work is involved or not. I just hope I don't have to find out
