The formal nights for that sailing are the 30th and the 3rd. So Halloween isn't a formal night. Sorry, I don't know if they have a costume party on the board rcc ships but you could call and ask. I do know that when I went for Christmas on a rcc ship, they were very festive and the ship was decorated nicely. I also know that Carnival just announced a big halloween celebration/costume contest on their ships, maybe rcc has followed suit?
