Cranberry Delight Spread
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened
2 TB frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 TB sugar
Zest of 1 orange
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, optional
Garnish with small mint leaf, optional
1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, sugar, orange peel, and cinnamon on medium speed until fluffy.
2. Stir in cranberries and pecans. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers. Makes 12 servings.
Can use Ocean Spray Craisins and fresh orange juice
