probably costa the most. good service. greattt food. i'm italian so i LOVED it. plus tons and tons of people are european! so i get to meet tons of new people from weird places. and maybe rccl if it didnt have a curfew. cuz it was a lot of fun.
ncl the least. i dont like freestyle dining. and the teen program was the worst. not a lot in the way of service either.
