I'm having trouble following this tipping issue. Who collects the $10 per day and am I to just assume that it gets split up to those deserving? In the dining room, how is that tipping handled? It appears that once you tip the housekeeping and dining staff, etc. that you're talking about $30-50 per day. Is this correct? That seems high to me and I'm usually a pretty good tipper.
