Cunard is such a class act. 100% refund is definately above and beyond the call of duty for missing 3 ports. It was an "Act of God" and couldn't be helped. I think the people who had a sit-in were looking for a free ride. Most people cruse QM2 for the ship. The ports are secondary. I've noticed a huge difference in QM2 passengers on port oriented cruises and transatlantic cruises.
