Only a little more time will tell. The NO paper this week, is saying that another new cruise dock is proceeding ahead as scheduled, so they probably know something we don't. Why would they put the millions in a new cruise terminal if no new business is forseen? When it picks up, I'll probably blossom suddenly, with favorable results. More ships, more ports, and a general variety of cruise schedules will insure the port a substantial return on their investment.
