Mike, thanks! It does sound wonderful although it would be better if you got to eat in the galley. One of our favorite dinners was at Victoria & Alberts at Disney where we had the Chef's Table in the kitchen. We got to watch them prepare all the food and take pictures.
I think the price is kind of low given the demand it will generate. It will be interesting to hear the reports from Emerald Princess to see how it is received.
