Surprised no one answered you. Dawn Princess is much older ship, with probably less to do and certainly fewer dining options. Norwegian Dawn is Free-style cruising which means plenty of restaurants to try out.
I dont think the Princess ship will be that busy on Pool Deck , NCL probably carries more passengers.
