As far as entertainment in the Venetian Palace, they had a comedian by the name of Carl Faulkenberry just one night, never heard of him, didn't go to his show. I don't know if they fly these people in just for one show then fly them right out again or if they cruise the whole week just for one performance. One other night they had a singer who performed big band songs and Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis tunes. The comedian we did see was J.R. McCollum, supposedly he has been on Comedy Central, very funny...he did the X-rated midnight show. Another comedian that performed was Happy Cole, never heard of him either and Marcus Anthony sang Motown hits with the Liberty orchestra. There is so much live entertainment at all the various venues on the ship that you don't know which one to attend. One night we went to the piano bar where Damian was performing, he was o.k. The disco was rockin' and rollin' every night and the theme changed....Latin, dance bands, music from the 60's, 70's, 80's, Motown. They played jazz in the cigar bar, classical music in the lobby, 50's & 60's music in the casino bar. They had a special martini bar set up one night near the casino and lots of people enjoyed the sushi before dinner. We never did make it to the Grand Gala Buffet on Friday night...there is just so much you can do.
