There is no reason to think that a trend that has become a fact of life in many "land places", wont affect cruise ships. I think there needs to be designated area's for smokers, about 20% now of the population, that is for sure, at the same time I look very forward to not inhaling other peoples smoke, or having cigerette ash fly onto me sitting at the pool......just as I welcomed the changes "on land". Even in some countries in Europe that I thought would never "butt out" have. I emphasize, there has to be area's smokers can smoke, that is only fair and there has to be fair warning of changes in policy.
