Regent is comparable if you normally book "a suite." Their lowest category cabin is equal to most Premium lines mid-range suites. If you book standard balcony, outside or inside cabins they are far more expensive, even when you consider the included tips and wine and in cabin bar set up.
Regent is a luxury line and the others are Premium and Mainstream.
