This recipe is from one of the cruise lines, but I'm not sure which one. It makes a small pitcher and can be easily doubled or tripled for larger parties.
CAYMAN LEMONADE
1 cup gin
1cup peach schnapps
2 cps sweet&sour mix
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 lemon
Mix first four ingredients together; squeeze in juice from 1/2 lemon, then use a spoon to scoop lemon pulp into pitcher. Serve over crushed ice.
This was served to me at bridge one night as " Cayman Lemonade". No mention was made of liquor and you can't taste it. I was happily swilling down my second LARGE glass of the best lemonade I ever tasted when I realised my legs wouldn't work to go to the next table. So be careful and be warned!
