Default Hawaii Superferry

The Hawaii Superferry was just issued a temporary restraining order and can not use state-owned land to dock. The judge ordered this because the ferry has begun business and routes without an Environmental Impact Report.

The Superferries argument is that the cruise lines have yet to do one, so why should they? Well this is true to some extent.

What do you think this will do to the cruise lines running in Hawaii? If it is required, will cruiselines follow with closures and postponements?

My reference was the Hawaii Superferry Forum.
