This one, pretty pricey though ($250)
Take off from the bustling Ketchikan harbor by floatplane on a wildlife adventure that is available only to a limited number of visitors. Your destination is a small settlement and wildlife observation area at Neets Bay. Access to this bear viewing area on a rich salmon spawning stream is restricted by permit, to minimize the impact on the wildlife and the resources. Your pilot will be your guide as you listen to the taped narration on the scenic flight to Neets Bay. Fly by Salmon Falls Resort, the historic settlement of Loring, Traitors Cove, Bushy Point and enter Neets Bay. After landing, take a short trail hike as your guide explains the history of Neets Bay facility en-route to the wildlife observation area. From this vantage point, overlooking the estuary at the head of Neets Bay, bears, eagles and seals are regularly spotted fishing for salmon at the stream. Board your plane for the return flight over mountain lakes and waterfalls, keeping an eye out for mountain goats. Bring plenty of film to record the wildlife and beautiful views of rugged mountains and lush forest valleys. The likelihood of seeing bears on this tour is good, but sightings are not guaranteed. Note: This excursion operates only from mid-July until mid-September.
