We did the Inside Passage on the Infinity this July and loved it so very much that we are going on the Summit Southbound next July. I have been reading the posts as to the pros and cons of planned tours but have decided to go with Celebrity rather than planning ourselves.I would really appreciate any imput from people who have done them in the past. We are leaning towards the 12 night tour which includes Anchorage, Talkeetna, Denali and Fairbanks. Thanks
A major consideration is to determine EXACTLY what is included and the time at the various areas. None of the tours go far enough into Denali in my opinion but you won't know what you missed.

A girl at work lived in Alaska for 5 yrs and told me when booking ours that Fairbanks was really nothing. Denali is good but also take the shuttle and book with them to go far enough, at least to Eielson.
