I noticed that Princess' Personlizer has the excursions ready to book for our sailing to Alaska but where can I find the definition of each one. It just shows the name of the tour and the price. I want to book ahead but I;m not familiar enough with them. Thanks for any help or any website I can check on.
First off, I never book any ship excursions, and always book direct for better and cheaper tours. If you post the tour, I could probably tell you what you are looking at. Consider going on your own - you will have far more "real Alaska" exposure away from buses of fellow ship passengers. another option would be to try other cruiseline web sites for tour descriptions. The tours are PORT based and the same tours basically between the lines.
i don't know if this will help you,but we are booked with royal caribbean...on their excursions they list the name and price of the excursion and all you have to do for a description is click on the name....i've asked for an advanced copy of the excursion book and they do not seem to know what i'm talking about...they say it will come with my documents...good luck
