If you are on a ship ERA will not direct book you, they are the ship contractor and will ask you what local hotel you are staying at and will pick you up there. Cheaper than ERA would be TEMSCO- and Coastal now offers dog sledding- hooked up with Goodwin- a long established company. Try either of those. I know of no coupons, but have heard of discounts for kids?? Be aware that Juneau dog sledding is the most canceled of ALL Alaska tours. Has happened to me twice- I did get to do the real thing in March.
