Default Whittier to Seward Driving

We are planning on going on the 26 Glaciers cruise in Whittier (www.26glaciers.com) which ends at 6:15 pm. Will we have time to drive (at a leisurely pace) from Whittier to Seward after the cruise before it gets too dark to take in the sites??
It will be the end of August (the 20th) when we will be making this drive. I just want to make sure we're not rushed on our drive or if we should plan on staying in Alyeska after the cruise and then drive to Seward the next day.
BTW, Sunset is listed for 9:30 pm at that time of year in the vicinity of Seward.

Actually your route is the least scenic portion of the Seward Highway and certainally you will make it to Seward before dark, shouldn't take more than 2 hours at a several stop pace, (though I don't stop at all on this portion, myself, until I get to Seward. ) Only hold up will be the tunnel- verify times.
