Just back from Alaska with lots of recommendations and the first is Northern Lights Fishing out of Ketchikan. We received wonderful personalized service and attention from the owner/operator Ken Teune. Despite pouring rain, we did catch a 25 lb. king salmon (my first time fishing)! Very highly recommended. You must have been on the same fishing excursion as my son and husband! They really enjoyed it. Our smoked salmon should be arriving anyday now. Too bad the rain cancelled our Misty Fjords seaplane tour! Ketchikan was a nice little town though.
We too used him in June 2001 and he was great - it was a wonderful trip and 3 salmon were caught on our trip. We are sailing in June 2004 and I will book with him again - he is a really nice guy!!
