We booked the Hyatt Regency on Priceline.com. Has anyone done this with priceline.com and had a family of four? If so, was it easy to get two double beds. Priceline.com doesn't guarantee two double beds, you have to talk to the hotel. We did and they said it shouldn't be a problem.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency last Sept., & the room was very nice. I can't say if you will get 2 double beds, but the staff was very nice. So I expect they will try their best to give you what you want. We enjoyed the hotel, & the area isn't that bad, a little bit of a walk down to Canada Place. Enjoy your cruise on the Vision!!
Thanks Delores! We are counting down. I can't wait to see the Northwest US, Canada and Alaska. We have traveled a lot, but I have never been in this area of the country!
We booked the Hyatt through priceline in June pre and post cruise. I called the hotel and requested two doubles/non smoking. The first night was no problem, we got what we wanted and the clerk trainee was so nice. Post cruise was a different experience with a different clerk. When i checked in i was told that priceline customers are not in a position to make any requests. We ended up getting what we wanted but were made to feel inferior. A lot of priceline customers stay here so you think they'd be used to it now.
I hope thay have finished the exterior remodeling. You'll probably have to use the Fairmont's pool down the street as theirs was under construction until September of this year.
