Default How early can we board?

We are coming in on the early train to Seward out of Anchorage and am wondering how early can we get on board ship? Is it noon like here in Fl or later due to a later sail time? Thanks for any info

Probably noon or just after..

However if you are going to Seward on the early train, this will give you the opportunity to explore this delightful town.

There is a remarkable Marine center there thats great if you are interested in Marine Life.

There are many tours out of Seward,dog-sledding is one and there are others both on the water and on land in and around Seward.

Or just a leisurely stroll down town and see some of the shops. You can catch a bus to downtown and the Marine Center/

I like the Boat Harbour at Seward and this too is very interesting.

This is a cam of Seward that may whet your appetite..

Just an idea before you begin your tour

Definately take advantage of seeing Seward. The regular run of the Alaska RR gets in early enough for a Kenai Fjords boat trip- leaving at 11:30am- you will not see scenery that close or the varied wildlife anywhere else. Even going to Exit glaicer, via cab is a great opportunity. Don't miss this opportunity. Boarding the ship will be in the afternoon into evening.
