Hi

I started researching m y cruise in Dec and came up with several good deals for May. I am going alone and was able to avoid paying the higher double occupancy. I thinking mine was about $846 roundtrip out of Vancouver for a cat L guarentee. There are good specials, so good that I found out that my ship is almost sold out. There are no inside cabins, only a couple outside cabins and a couple suites.

Hi

Opps, I wrote this very early this morning and realized I screwed up. I thought you were asking about cruise bargains.

Good giggle Jennifer but also informative. As far as your question 'missdustyroad' - YES things will be more expensive in May thru till fall when naturally, they put on bargains 'cause it's the last chance before the cruiseship traffic dries up -so to speak!!Only advantage is that ,as Jennifer stated, cruise prices tend to be cheaper...! Happy cruisin'!!

I saw a great special today from the Online Vacation Center for $900 including all taxes and fees for 14 days on a Holland America ship sailing back-to-back 7-day itineraries. It would begin and end in Vancouver. If you've been before and done Denali and all the ground activities in Alaska, I think it's a great deal, but it is definitely not high season, so you may get what you pay for. But that's a great price.
