Default Ketchikan - Crab Fishing Excursion

Hi everyone!

I don't know if this will help anyone or not, but I found a website that gave some great info on the Wilderness Exploration & Crab Fishing Adventure. My hubby and I have booked this excursion for ourselves when we go on our cruise. Crab legs .... YUMMM!! We've always enjoyed eating them, so we thought it would be cool to actually catch them. And then, of course, to eat them!!

T-Bear,
That web site does not list rates...what do they charge?
Do you have a choice of times? We already have flightseeing booked for earlier in the day...would like to do something else!

Rshillman,

Hi! We are travelling on the NCL Star - I booked it through them. They list the price as $131 per adult. The only time they listed was 7:30 .... but I honestly have no idea whether it's a.m. or p.m.!!! ... I would think that it would be p.m. (for dinner), but I'm not 100% sure! It's a 4 hour excursion. Does your cruise line list their excursions and times? You may want to check their times?? Or, if you book independently, you may want to e-mail the people at that website to find out times. I hope this helps!

OOPS! I looked at the wrong excursion for the price. The price per adult for this one is $140, and $100 per child.

TBear Cub,
I think this is for 7:30 am since the Star leaves Ketchikan at 1:30 pm. We are only there from 6am to 1:30 pm. Anyway that's what the June 20th cruise is.

Sounds like fun though. I would like to try it sometime. We already booked the Ketchikan duck tour independently so now won't have time for that. too bad, will have to go back to Alaska I guess!
