we arrive in vancouver around 1:00pm. our hotel will be the fairmount airport hotel. is there any good restaurants around the hotel? or is there anything we shouldn't miss with the little time we have. the next day is our cruise.
I would rethink this locatioin. Staying downtown will offer way more touring opportunities especially arriving in the after noon, you have a big chunk of time to do something. There are no resturants except hotel food in the airport area.
Have to agree with Karen, you are in the "middle of no where" / Stay downtown and then you will have tons of choices, a walk in Stanley Park, a visit to Granville Island, a shopping stroll down Robson Street. And tons and tons of GREAT restaurants.
