Checking into Seattle Airport Early

We will be departing the ship in Vancouver around 9 am and taking a three hour bus trip to Seattle. Our plane doesn't leave until 7:30 that evening. Does anyone know if we can check our luggage at the airport around 1:00 pm even though the plane does not leave till later. We are on back to back cruises and have quite a bit of luggage. We don't want to sit in the airport for 6 hours but also don't want to lug the luggage.

It is doubtful the airline will accept it early , but you need to inquire directly. There is also Ken's storage in baggage claim. I have used them for when I just bus to downtown Seattle. Which is what I would recommend to you- right outside baggage claim is the express city bus . You can get off in the tunnel at West Lake then a short walk to Pike Market. Great for spending some time and dinner.
