Extra costs on Ship?

Hi! First time cruiser here and would like to know if Bottled Water costs extra? Will be going to Alaska on Radiance of the Seas with RCCL. Also, for amenities on the ship...Is it extra for the Pizzeria? Movie theatre? Golf ?

Bottled water is extra, but the ship's water is very pure, so there's no reason to buy it.

Yes, glasses are provided.
