Glacier landing Juneau vs Skagway?

I've more time in Skagway but don't hear as much about glacier landings at that port. If they are just as good out of Skagway, I'd rather do it there rather than Juneau? Has anyone experience with this?

Both locations give great glacier tours. book where it fits your schedule best.

Yep. Karen's right it is the same icefield, which extends from Skagway all the way to about 40 miles south of Juneau. The Juneau Icefield is about the size of the state of Rhode Island.
