Default One way - which side of the ship?

The cruises we're looking at are one way, either Whittier to Vancouver or Vancouver to Whittier. Which side of the ship should we book a cabin? Is the scenery better on one side or the other? We'll definitely get a balcony.

Cheers,
Michelle P.

I also suggest you consider looking at adding several days for interior touring of Alaska, A whole different vacation that is very worthwhile. At least another week is ideal. Seward is superior for activites with a Kenai Fjords boat tour the top choice- for the best and closest viewing you will get of wildlife and glaciers. PWS is the pick for glacier priorities.
