There is no best. But you may want to consider Seward for superior activities available that most people miss. College Fjords and Glacier Bay always get my first vote. So out of Seward that would mean HAL out of Whittier Princess. Plan some time for interior touring since you are already there, take advantage. Min, of 5 days my recommendation, independent, 7 with a cruisetour.
