Bear Watching Thru Orca Tour

We are going to AK on the Summit on 9/2/2006 after the cruisetour to Denali. We are booked on the whale watching tour with Capt. Larry and wondered if anybody had booked a bear watching tour to Admiralty Island thru them?

I know some bear watching tours have already quit by Sept, but the lady at Orca (Pamela?) said it was still good at Admiralty Island. Hate to spend so much money if it isn't going to be a good tour. Any advice. Thanks...

Orca Enterprises is a booking agent and does not run this tour. I would suggest you contact the vender directly and inquire just what the sighting stats are for your timeframe. Alaska Fly N Fish is the only one I know of who has the Pack Creek permits? I would contact them directly.
